Holiday Wreaths

Happy Friday Dolls,

Around this time of the year we all have admiration's to complete our shopping list. Trying to determine who has been naughty and who has been nice. Or even wondering what gifts under the tree belongs to you. Perhaps, looking into a winter globe,isn't the case for every little boy or girl, this isn't the vision looking back at every mom or dad. We tend to cast our silver into the streets and our gold into the hands of those who wouldn't even consider employing us or consider us as their equal. Be mindful our gold spent may not be able to give us a return or look into the eyes of those who are crying. Take some time during this season to dwell with the less fortunate, deliver them from their hunger, don't allow iniquity to become our stumbling block.  Use your wisdom and understanding you make a wreath of various materials to bless someone with. Although traditionally wreaths symbolize continuous life, what can we offer life? Will we only be concerned within the four walls of our houses and none other. Expand the tradition and offer giving to a life.... give a little bit of your heart...what does your wreath offer?

Today I am in this space that I plan on walking in full FREEDOM! Yesterday I had a real conversation with one of my ? (a person who I consider my sister rather than a friend). It was mind blowing how we were able to have a discussion on weird spaces we have been in before. I am the luckiest girl in the world to have ?'s  who loves me where I am and vise verse, I am able to love them where they are. Not often are women able to hear the hearts of one another and operate in grace while healing, forgiveness, and development is happening simultaneously. Today, I want to challenge everyone to make a conscience effort to no longer be childlike, allowing people to toss you to and from by every new teaching, by deceitful schemes, human cunning, by lies and clever strategies to lead you astray. Today we walk in FREEDOM!  No one will ever have the power to control your journey in life. Push past the obstacles, learn from the disappointments, and grow from the forgiveness. Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as GOD in CHRIST forgave you. Moving in Purpose

Happy Moxie Monday Dolls,

How many of you have connected to your purpose? How many of you have identified with your hobby or hobbies? I was in a conversation with a young girl this past week and she was convinced her hobby was fashion..however she wasn't able to determine what she wanted to do in life. As a senior in High School, you would think she had this all figured out. Wrong. I have learned from having conversations with our youth some haven't been able to distinguish between a hobby verses their purpose. Many think a hobby should be the driving force to purpose, when a hobby has nothing to do with your purpose in life. I vote experiences. Experiences allows us to go through many different encounters in life. Some may have been fond, foolish, fierce, forgiving, or forgetting. Either way they all seems to create this melting pot of our tolerance,  character traits, personalities, our minds, and our hearts. Experience comes to bring forth teaching, reproofing, correction, and to train us in the righteousness, so that with every experience equips us for your journey of living a purposeful life. Allow each experience to transform you into a better you. I know you may be thinking you are perfect, has it all together, and needs no changing...word of advice we all can use some form of change to develop us in certain areas.  Haven't you heard there is always a better version of you waiting to be revealed. Don't allow your hobbies to dictate your purpose or create your future. Hobbies change with experiences, with development, with maturing. Don't allow your person to be stuck in a decade, perhaps create new hobbies with new experiences and step into the future, or it will past you up....get it...?

Do you know anyone who loves the spirit of chaos? This tends to be the a person who gravitates toward confusion and disorder. This is an obvious character trait of not operating in the spirit of LOVE. GOD is not the author of confusion but PEACE. Hearts that are deceitful are desperately wicked and shall rep nothing but turmoil. Our daily bread should be asking for forgiveness to one another. Our daily bread should be offering love to one another. Our daily bread should be granting grace to one another. But it seems we rather sow discord amongst one another and allow evil to be hoarded in our hearts. Ask GOD to renew your mind and cleanse your heart. GOD is always ready to give us a new heart and a new spirit, which allows the stones to be removed from your heart. Don't allow your life to wear disturbing shoes. I think we all could use some cleansing. First place to start is to read GOD's words!

NO JUSTICE NO MEN CAMPAIGN!

What is really going on Friday,

I'm sorry but I have interrupted our regular post to share my thoughts about the conditions of... My heart is full of sorrow from all the tragedy going on with our young men. I look into the victims and I see our future. I see my brothers, my son, my nephews, my cousin, and my students. I'm so terrified that this too could be my family in court fighting for justice or my family on the news crying and grieving a lost. This is an attempt of a genocide. Our young men are being under attack. Killing our black men takes them out of the home. A man is the head of his household and without him the woman and the children have no protection and covering. This leaves the house open to be misused, taken advantage of and abused by... Our men are more than a bullet, a choke, a resist, a type, a dress, a code, a number, they are Kings. They are made in the image of the high power. This means they have dominion over the earth.  Dominion to make a difference and influence the world. Dominion to take matters of disadvantage and develop promise for the world. The idea that they are pursued to have their lives taken, is nothing less than hate.  The moment they are conceived they have purpose. A purpose which was given to them to be a moving force for themselves and their family. What more has to happen? How many families will share the lost of being on the front row and lowering a body into the ground? The time is yesterday. My prayers will be for GOD to deal with those people to has hatred in their hearts. While they think it gives them power the truth is it leaves them powerless. This shows just how much of a man they really are. Weak, intimidated, envious,  no self-control, and clearly no love or compassion. NO JUSTICE NO MEN! Join my campaign to NO JUSTICE NO MEN! My mission is to education our young men on how to live...

Not Wavering Wednesday

Its not over! Im talking about not wavering Wednesday! Im not sure what you are going through this week, but rest assure it is not over. You have to speak to yourself and encourage yourself out of the situation. You have to be strong and let your heart take courage in what you believe in. Confess it to the world, hold fast in your hope without wavering, for if you were promised you are faithful. Be faithful to your promise. I do understand the logic behind looking at a situation with your mind, but surpass, the mind and see the situation for what its worth with your faith and heart. If you began to look at things through  a faithful lens, you may receive double what your looking for! Believe and have Faith!! Its already DONE.

Moving Forward Monday

Hey Beautiful Dolls,

I hope and pray each of you had a wonderful and gobble gobble til you wobble wobble Thanksgiving! I had an awesome time visiting with my family. I noticed with each household there were different customs and styles of celebrating Thanksgiving. The one commonality was food, food, and more food. No matter how you give thanks as longs as you give thanks. I am so thankful for my life, a wonderful and supportive husband who loves me to pieces, a mother's love, great friends who I call sisters, and family. In the mist of my family going trough a transition and trying to blend and accept one another for who they are, it is still my family and I wouldn't trade them for the world. Take some time today and reflect on your Thanksgiving. I know life could be better, but the one thing you have control over is YOU. Take some steps to contributing to solving the problems in your family rather than creating bigger problems by complaining. Love those in spite of their judgments toward you, lend a hand even if its to slap you, hug even if you know there will be a knife waiting to cut you. ALL of this is possible and can be done in the right spirit if you allow GOD to give you the grace and mercy to endure all things. Esteem someone higher than you, it will surely break the back of being envy toward all. Rejoice with them even when they are trying to rub foolishness in your face. FYI: this allows you to develop and move forward and rep all that GOD has for you. Be thankful for you. Be thankful for your story for its offer steadfast love that endures forever. Move forward and give thanks in all circumstances! It gets better.

Happy Keep it Moving Monday Dolls,

I have to start by apologizing about not posting the video on Friday. It was difficult to interview the young lady, with her busy school schedule and my crazy work load, time did not permit the interview. However, I pinky promise to have a treat for all of you on Friday. Today, I want to encourage you all to take inventory on what matters to you the most. Take inventory of dead weight you should not be carrying around and causing you to be weighed down.. In the spirit of Beyonce and Ne-yo yell to the top of your lungs... say"To the left, to the left".  "Irreplaceable"written by Beyonce and Ne-Yo spirit is what I'm feeling today. You have to speak to the dead situations, talk to the dead conversations, command the dead relationships to move to the left. This simple phrase allows dead things to move over and let you pass. After that it is all up to you to walk in confidence and know that those things no longer have you in bondage and you are set free. This is a crucial movement and be mindful that soon as you get pass the issues, the people who are involved are going to think your being prideful and think they "make or made" you. This is when the enemy rears its ugly head and try to provoke you back into the situation you have been set free from. This is when you sing better than Beyonce and say " You must not know about me, I could have another you in a minute, I could have another you by tomorrow, so don't you ever for second get to thinking your irreplaceable"!!!! The moment you own that is the moment that situation, that person, that conversations, that relationship is deleted and replaced.  No weapon shall rise against you, you confute every tongue that rises against you, every judgement, every thought that rise against you YOU SHALL CONQUER IT ALL! Moving Forward Monday

Morning Intelligent and Wonderfully Created Dolls,

I am so elated to be posting! I missed you all! I hope you all enjoyed the freestyle Friday post.  You are definitely in for a treat for this Friday. Girls are on the move and making a name for themselves.  It is not always about moving, but moving towards a goal. Some people get caught up in the idea of moving but staying in the same location. If you continue to go around and around in the same location you will only get the result of being dizzy. Perhaps, if you move with a goal in mind your moving forward and with purpose. Also, don't forget to seek reproofing and correction during the move. At some point you must stop and evaluate the situation and add or delete some moves or future moves. Moving is so good for the soul, it keeps the mind healthy and sharp. You are already prepared for the move, you just have to make it your own. You press toward the mark and trust the process in your heart. Don't think you can only lean unto your own understanding, take some classes to gain some realization, seek wisdom for balancing, and pray your paths are made straight with good motives and intentions.  What are your goals?  Spend some time today revisiting old goals and reproofing new ones.

Happy Weak Wednesday Dolls,

Today, Im going to drop a quick food for thought. In your belief and who you believe in know this. Whatever is going on in your life that causes you to feel weak or confused, know that GOD will lift you up beyond your imagination. The best way to endure all situations of your life is to be content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, this allows GOD to show himself strong. Be confident in where GOD is taking you, even when you don't understand. Trust me,  it will all make sense for your blessings to become influcient. Its only to develop you in areas and build you stronger in others. Trust the process, for all great things takes time to beCOME. Keep pushing, keep moving forward, keep the hope.

Hello World

Hello Dolls,

Hello World is all in my spirit. I fill so refreshed and rejuvenated. This weekend was spent in Memphis Tennessee with my sisters Rhonda and Raquel. I finally had a chance to love on Rhonda's baby girl, who is cute as pie, I may add. While there I was able to enjoy much laughs amongst us and eat some good southern food. I'm sitting in the airport and it hit me..this is the feeling I had weeks ago before I lost my best friend Snuggles. Life often times throw us curves balls, but its not how we catch the ball but if we are able to stay in the game. Even in my heartbreak, I should have remained in a place to continue the journey set before me. I must admit I dropped the ball, and from this, I am weeks behind on some calendar deadlines. Lesson to be learned the world continues to move, rather you are moving with it or not. My organization had been reaching out for me to pour into them, but truthfully I felt empty and had nothing to offer. STOP, this is all lies, who told me this and where did this thought even come from? Lies, lies, lies and more lies. In that moment I should have pushed a little harder, I should have gave a little more, and loved a little stronger. Second lesson to be learned, in the moments we fell the emptiest and/or lack is the minutes to encourage yourself. In those minutes, take up your full armor of belief, which allows you to withstand anything, and to stand firm.  Don't come in covenant with thoughts that you allow to speak to your mind and dictate your progress. Don't allow situations to hand you a plate of defeat, rather sit at the table and have supper with GOD and allow HIM to feed you HIS word, for this is something that will stand the test of time. So with all of this being said, hello world! I heard you've been looking for me, I heard you been waiting for me! Well I'm here and here to stay! Lets take this week to get back on track and stay in the game.....ask yourself who will win? The thoughts that brings on defeat or the actions that offers victory. For a little boost.. listen to Diggy Simmons song, Hello World it is sure to speak to the energy needed to get moving....

Missing Snuggles Part 2

Hey Dolls,

 It seems like forever to not have my wet nose, tail wagging pal, jumping up and down at the sound of my voice or the moment I step into the room. I know she is better off not suffering, but can I be honest for a moment?  I would give anything to feel her affection right now. I miss her to pieces. People are telling me I should get another dog, but in my heart I am done getting more dogs, I cant take having to deal with this situation again. Although I still have my other dog Spud, its really not the same. Spud has even been looking around the house for her, I am sure he is like where is she? She would often hide under my bed to keep him from messing with her. WOW, those were the good old days. I must admit its getting better with days and I'm sure I would at least be able to pack up her things without breaking down... again. I cant even sleep...Whewwww, this is tuff. So please continue to pray for my healing of a broken heart. Enjoy another picture of my baby, Snuggles

Missing Snuggles Part 1

Hey Dolls,

I must admit that this weekend was the most devastating for me. Am not sure how I want to feel, on one hand I never want to be selfish and keep my baby/dog here on earth and allow her to suffer and on the other hand, part of me wants to feel her love forever. I lost the one thing that offers me unconditional love, even when I discipline her she continues to greet me with a nice wet kiss. I lost my toy poodle, Snuggles on Sunday, October 26, 2014. This dog has given me some of the greatest years of my life. I could always depend on her love and affection. For all the dog owners, you know exactly how I am feeling. My heart is filled with tears. I am very grateful to have spent the last 9 years and 7 months with such a wonderful dog. Words cant even describe the moments of thoughts knowing she has left me. I just keep seeing her little face, her wagging tail, and hearing her barks. This love I have for Snuggles would never be replaced, her love lives in my heart forever. I love you Snuggles.

Shout it Out...Love to Love

Happy Friday Beautiful Dolls,

Today I'm going to keep it rather short, NOT. I want you to take some time out to "Shout Out" to the people who matters the most. I want to shout out to my wonderful husband, who truly loves me unconditionally. For he allows me to be me and offer guidance through patience and love. Shout out to my mom, who just graduated from receiving her health and sanitation license. This woman has sacrificed so much for the good of everyone else, it was an overwhelming experience to see her do something that benefited her for a chance. Shout out to one of the best friends a girl could ever have, Raquel, has been my sister since 1996 and the journey of our ship is well beyond friends. She too, accepts me for where I have come from to who I am today. I only wish and pray for the best to come her way. Shout out to Rhonda, who is another friend GOD has blessed me with. Although we may have had time and space amongst us over the years, it has only allowed us to know that having each other apart of our lives matters. I am excited to see what the future holds for us as friends. Shout out to my sisters and brothers, you all means so much to me, I am so proud to be your sibling. I promise to continue to seek out an everlasting relationship and be a better auntie. Shout out to my dad, who finally gets it...I just want him in my life. He has allowed me to love on him and accept him for who he is. Shout out to my all my en laws, who has my heart and best interest. We are growing as a family and I could not had asked for a better family. Shout out to my son, Jason I promise we will get it right, and I will reach out more and spend a bit more time ( even if you think your grown). Shout out to my family, I promise to pray and love a little harder. Although we all may not see eye-to-eye we must learn to agree to disagree. Life gives us different experiences, and we have to learn to accept the person for who they are but treat them to who GOD has called them to be. Although we me not see it, its not for us to judge just pray. Shout out to my church family, lets continue to fight toward the mark, stay in the journey of becoming who GOD has called each of us to be. Its not the easiest task trying to break barriers and believe when life throws you a curve ball. Remember, Its already done.  Pastor and Lady Amanda, keep going and don't give up, for GOD has called you both to lend and provide the people with correction, reproofing, and LOVE. You must walk toward all the promises and not run, for the blessings and winning are not giving to the swift but the ones who endure.  So if you have those special people in your life, let them know how much they mean to you, let them know that they matter. Days are not promised and nights may come and go, but LOVE is what is left behind. Go out our way to express the love that you commanded to give away. Who will you love today?

A Change is Gonna Come.

As the season is changing from summer to fall, everything has its moments in the world where they change as well. Are you alive? What makes you alive? Words from the wise, everything that is full of life, lives to change, and everything that changes is alive. For change isn't a mystery,  although we like to think it is, or we like to prevent it from happening. As longs as your living you will change, physically (for sure) and with the moments of experiences you will change emotionally as well. Also, when your moving toward a goal the characteristics of the goal may change if you combine it with reality. We all will unveil our faces, hold on to what we believe in, and be transformed into the same characteristics of the goals we will obtain. In life we must allow the truth to change our minds and hearts to be servants to one another. Embrace your transforming its the very thing that moves images into reality. In the words of Sam Cooke, A Change is Gonna Come. Wow, this was my granny's favorite song...miss her dearly....

Hmmm Friday Dolls,

This has been a trying week for me. I am not sure about you all, but my head hurts, feet are sore, and I could use a hot bath and warm tea. One thing I have noticed this week is for some people your best just isn't good enough. In these moments, you have to learn to encourage yourself. You have to work hard to get to a place where you are confident in what your doing in all facets of your life. The best way to build confidence is to seek education, gain exposure, and develop through experiences. Adhering to this will always rise you above all the distorted views of others and build self-awareness which leads to confidence. Its very important to fear not, don't become dismayed, and believe in what you have been called to do. For this season will only build stamina to overcome and surpass all understandings. Don't allow other people's short comings  interfere with your victories, for this world is an envious place. You were built to do this.... Forgive them, for they do not know. Hug them, for they may need one. Love them, for they may never experience what is true. Encourage them, for they may be having a hmm week too. Things to make you go hmmm.

Truth Moment.

Happy True Tuesday Dolls,

I think it is time to have a truth moment with yourself. Although people who apart of our lives influences our thoughts and decision making, you are still in control. No matter what the situation is you are responsible for you. If you are in school your grades are a reflection of your character; if you have a job, your promotions and accolades are reflections of your work ethic, if your are doing either its a reflection of character and work ethic. Often times people think self-esteem has to do with your physical appearance, but it also speaks to how you respect and value yourself. You should value yourself enough to walk the journey to experience the promise. Its time to turn up for you. Choose choices to move you forward, listen to conversations to filter the endurance, and keep the company that will hold you accountable. Not only should you obtain, but press on to make it happen on your own. Do not settle or consider waiting for others to bless you, but believe and press toward the goal, for the prize is greater than you can imagine.  Allow your moment of truth fuel your movement of truth.

Happy tone it down Tuesday Dolls,

I know I am the first to motivate you all to push and run with your endeavors. This weekend really taught me to learn the art of blocking all things out and focusing on peace and silence. I guess what I am trying to say is, days are filled with all sorts of busy items, sounds and missions. Being able to bring everything to a halt and focus on peace is a progression. I vote start with 5 minutes at a time and build until you get to at least 20 to 25 minutes in one sitting. Have you ever woke up and swore you feel as if you never went to sleep. This happens when you have allowed constant movement to become your norm, and when its time to settle down and rest you body has to fight to become submitted to silence and peace. Some people never experience moments of rest. I know you can name a few people to says " I have to have my radio or TV on to go to sleep". BINGO!!! True rest allows the mind to cast all its anxieties, frustrations, and worries to be submitted unto what brings forth peace. For this is the only thing to bring us to perfect peace. Blessed are the peacemakers, blessed are those who are filled with believing in peace. Lets make a conscience effort to turn away from evil and do good, and pursue peace. Taking those moments throughout the day will do your heart well.

It was all a dream.

Hey Dolls,

Well its Friday! My, my, my, is all I can say. I not sure about you, but I plan on taking a wellness break this weekend. Sometimes being tied down to something that fuels a dream can be the very thing to distract you from reaching greatness in the dream. I am learning to not allow other peoples frustrations and anxiety become mines. Be careful of who you allow to peep into your dreams, they tend to think they know it better than you. Before taking advice from them assure they are offering you the reproach in the right spirit. Assure they are able to manage their own dreams, before they can comment on yours. Stay in a place of receiving your noble task and not because you are lover of money. Walk in a place of humility and embrace the education that comes along with the dream. Embrace the misfortune that has made the journey difficult. All of this builds you to a place where it governs you to genius. Be found living and active. Without it who are you and what were you sent here to do. Dreams are meant to give you fortunate and hope. Allow the dream to take over your thoughts, gestures, personality, and short-comings. Dreams are only imagination waiting to take form. Are you forming a dream or imagining it.

Oh Wonderful Tuesday Dolls,

I am please to meet you. Have you introduced yourself to someone new this week. We have to come outside of our comfort zone and greet new people, while we are in new places. Even if the places are not new, find a new person and greet them. We should always be kind to one another and most importantly love one another. We should be found showing ourselves friendly. It doesn't take much for us to speak and smile to one another. Perhaps it takes far more effort to do the opposite. Lets make a personal commitment to speak and/or greet everyone we come in contact with. Its called giving of yourself and spreading love. Sometime we all can use more of.
