Chicago Friends of the Park

Hello Dolls,

I am so happy to share with you all Pure and Sure has partnered up with Chicago Parks for Earth Day. Pure and Sure has a priority to give back to the community. What better way than to clean up and assure the parks are safe and sanitary for the community.  I represented Pure and Sure at the Friends of the Park Chicago Conference.   So at this time Pure and Sure is looking for volunteers to help Saturday, April 26, 2014.  If you are interested please leave a comment for more information. Dare the Impossible

I want to thank all who are followers of this blog. Words can't express the appreciation I feel in my heart. My only hope is to bring purity awareness to all girls.  To give hope to any ears that are inclined to the voice of faith.  Please, I welcome comments to any post. Sometimes in my head people are jumping with joy after reading one of my post. I am not sure if they are speaking to the people or not, so if its not too much to ask leave a comment or two. This would indeed open the communication up and allow me to feed what is hungry.  Be reminded sometimes the youth do not know enough to be prudent or to plan for whats to come, so we must make sure we teach them to attempt the impossible and guide them until they achieve it.

 What does time mean to you? Today I want you to consider how much time you use for completion. For everything has a time, a time to weep, a time to rejoice, a time to plant, a time to reap, a time to build, a time to tear down, a time to mourn, a time to dance, a time for war, a time for peace, a time to embrace, a time to not embrace. What are you spending your time on?  There is a time for everything, don't be caught in foolishness and miss your moment.  Strive for excellence in time management today...

Who is the learner?

Hello Dolls,

I hope everyone day have been going well thus far.  Ever meet a person who thinks they know it all? You can't tell them anything!  You can't even suggest anything before they cut you off and give their thoughts.  Well so sad for them, because as humans we are life long learners.  Sometimes even as we seek out to teach others, we tend to get the most out of a lesson.  We should always strive to lead and/or teacher others, but not be quick to reproof, correction, or training from the ones being taught.  Seek wisdom, seek insight, do not forsake anyone thoughts as they may turn out to be the teacher and you the learner. Wise people never stop learning.

What Fraction are you?

Do you remember who influenced you during your education/trial journey?  What was it that made you remain? In this life, we encounter many obstacles some we bring upon ourselves and others are just apart of our testimonies.  If there are things and/or situations that are not fruitful, let me encourage you today.  Open not only your eyes to receive but your heart as well.  Blessed is the ones who remains steadfast during a trial.  For when you remain you receive the promise.  Stay encouraged no matter what and educate yourself on the matter.  I will continue to encourage you all remember nine-tenths of being steadfast is encouragement.  Encourage someone today!

Flex your muscles

How strong are your muscles?  What can you flex? How much can you press? When you have a purpose in life, it shows how strong you really are.  One thing for sure through it all it strengthens your mind and muscles to do your work as you fulfill your purpose.  Anytime you feel as if your weak, then find out how you need to be strengthen.  Work the mind and muscles out, prepare them,  so when you need them the most they are healthy, ready, willing and able.

I hope all my dolls are doing great. I am excited to share this Friday post with you all.  I want to encourage each of you to live life with a purpose in mind. Each of us was placed on this earth with a purpose in mind even before we were conceived.  This weekend, do some searching and find out what is your purpose in life.  Bring forth restoration to your surroundings,  bring light to a hidden dark area, be that hill that is set apart and can not be ignored or denied greatness.  Greater works is in you, stay steadfast in love which allows you to conquer all.  Have an awesome weekend finding your purpose.

Are you a model?

Hello Dolls,

Definition of model: according to Merriam-Webster  model is a system or thing used as an example to follow or imitate. In society today this process can be challenging since, everyone is chasing acceptance.  In every action and strive lets be mindful the youth need models rather than critics. Hence...Practice what you preach.  Ladies let these young girls see us as a model to follow, someone to look up to. Key word is to look UP to, which means we have to set ourselves and minds on things that are above and not of the earth. May I add things that are above would be selfless things, things that do not bring temporary happiness. Things that offers joy, peace, patience, love, kindness, faithfulness.

What have you inherited?  Many of us are walking time capsules.  All the things we have learned over the years, all the wisdom we have heard, and all the mistakes we have seen with our eyes. Have you ever asked yourself the question, why?   Well its not just for you that's for sure, its to spread it to the world. No matter what you have been through its all to help save someone else.  All that has been put into your hands as your inheritance is for you to fully receive it,  honor it,  tailor it,  add to it, and pass it on to the next generation. So today, ask yourself, what can I pass on?

You, Me and the Truth

Hello Dolls,

 Today I want to focus on building relationships by setting an example.   Relationships can be  enlightening and rewarding but often times they can be painful or continuously difficult. In dealing with life, we encounter all kinds of relationships.  Fathers, Mothers, Friends, Children, Husbands, Wives,  We must not forget the most important relationship is our relationship with God.  Three words that should live inside of us is humility, gentleness, and patience when sustaining any type of relationship.  Just as we love to be on the receiving end, we must show the same compassion for others. Although this can be difficult are a difficult task to be aware of. Those famous questions come up:  Why does it has to be me all the time? Why would he/she say that about me? How could he/she feel that way?  Well, the truth is, there is always both sides to a story and then the truth we never reach.  Relationships have many facets and sometime are determined by the expectations of each party. One thing is for sure is be real with yourself, if the relationship is worth fighting for then pursue and if it brings on a bondage, then let it go. With all...we must set a healthy example for the youth to follow.

Wisdom of a Dictionary

Hello Dolls,

A wise woman shared with me: Death and life are in the power of the tongue,  those who talk will reap the consequences or eat the fruits.  We must always ask ourselves what are we sowing into when we speak?  The matters of life can already be overwhelming, however having to fight against spoken negativity doesn't make it easier.  Although, looking at a word in isolation my seem a bit harmless, innocent, and powerless. The moment we combine them with other words and gossip they become powerful, overbearing, and meaningful. Ask yourself the next time you speak on another person behalf, what am I sowing into?  How would this effect that person? If your answer is far from motivation, uplifting, and empowering, then its best to not say it at all.

BEING BOLD

This week is ending but your self-motivation doesn't have to.  Focus on you. This weekend vow to be valiant, take a courageous stand for something you believe in.  Even if your stand causes you to be dramatic and stimulate everything and everybody around you. This too can be contagious!  Strive to be sincere about what you stand for and not waiver on what you believe.  My hope is you aspire beyond your imagination.  Be radiant and vigilant so all can see, and blameless so all can hear.

What's your Instrument?

Good Morning Dolls,

Clarinet, drums, trumpet, flute, violin, triangle, saxophone, are all musical instruments which at some point comes together to make beautiful melodies. A musical instruments which stands alone makes no sound, its when a person picks up the instrument and and put forth the effort to create sound. This is what we have to do, become a person who will pick up an instrument to create peace. In a world full of violence and disrespect, know one is striving to create morals and embed values.  Where there is hatred, lets sow love. Where there is doubt, lets sow faith. Where there is despair, lets sow hope. Where there is darkness, lets sow light. Where there is sadness, lets sow joy.

Strengthen My Voice

Hello Dolls,

Have your voice become silent?  Have your mind become weaken with the cares of things that are pointless?  Today I encourage you to strengthen your voice and express yourself in a positive way.   Do not let the cares of the world weaken your mind. Do not frat over things you have no control over.  Be bold and accountable over things you have the wit and skills to change or delete.   Look at a situation and explore other options to make the best outcome.  In the meantime and the most importantly is to LOVE who you are.

Dream Enough

Are you an idealist or an optimist person?  Did you know that an optimist is a person who can dream and only see one way to make a dream come true.  An idealist, however is one who can dream and see several ways to make a dream come true:  in addition can foresee possible bumps in the road and have  solutions and strategies to revisit the dream and make it better.  Ask yourself what dream have you given up on?  What dream have you allowed other people to misuse and make it their own?  Not anymore, today you take a stand and rediscover YOUR dream and make it a reality.  I am proud of you already for acknowledging your dream.

Today I want to piggy back on yesterdays post.  I want to remind each and every girl of what great minds they  have.  Be mindful of what you invite into your mind,  think about what you surround yourself around and how it would  impact or influence your thoughts and actions.  Be a pillar and instill great things into one another's minds.  Let your words spark flaming torches and the truth may be lit.  A mind is a terrible thing to waste.

Help is on the way...don't give up

Today I would like to encourage everyone who is reading this post to encourage someone else.   Many children live their lives without being surrounded by people who would esteem them higher than they see themselves reaching.  Be a supporter today and touch the next generation, take the time out to help them figure out something or problem solve.  There isn't a more noble job than to see children hold your understanding in their eyes, your  HOPE in their lives, your world in their hands. You may be surprised helping them find their success you find your own.  Lets give the next generation our all!.

Family and Friends

I wanted to dedicate this mornings post to friends and family.  Whenever your being tested to act outside your character it is always good to have family members and friends to help rationalize the situation.  Life can be a job at times, sometimes coming across people who lack the ability to accept your opinion and think their opinion is fact. Others, lack the ability to think realistically and deal with whats in black and white. At this moment you have to take it all in and allow LOVE to cover all wrongs. Allow LOVE to keep no record of right or wrong and keep your heart free of all blemishes, bitterness, and resentment. Today I want you to reclaim your heart and begin to set it free from any bondage towards any person who you feel has mishandled you in any way. Stay committed to becoming a better person.

Forgive and Forget

Good Morning Dolls,

This weekend was one that was really emotional. I was having a conversation with my siblings about life and how to be self-motivated while being accountable for your behaviors and actions.  While listening to my sister, all I saw was hurt, rejection, abandonment, and pain from the lack of our dad being active in her life. At that moment, I kneeled down and looked at her face to face, I told her I understood her feelings and point of views, because some of them we shared. I told her to forgive our dad not for him but for her heart, for her love, and her life. Life doesn't come with a manual, you may have trails and circumstances, you just have to learn from each and move on and most importantly, FORGIVE AND FORGET. Thats all for now. Today, I want you to look in your heart and find a person whom you need to forgive and begin today.
