Peace and Joy

Hey Tuesday Dolls,

Just wanted to encourage you all on today. Often times it is a fight to get in a place of joy and peace and then a fight to sustain it. Wake up everyday with a joyful mind and peaceful heart and joy will follow you. This is not to say that people and/or situations won't try to attack your presence, but you must identify it but not acknowledge it. See it from a far and not give it any additional attention time or concern. If you remain in a certain degree of heights, then everything and everybody will have no other choice but to submit to your joy and peace. A very good friend/sister of mines has the gift of presenting peace where ever she goes, people are drawn to her even the more because of the lack of peace they have in their lives, so with her being around it allows balance to form, her house reps peace the moment you walk in, peace greets you and welcomes you into serenity. Now, wait...she is far from perfect but she does carries the mantle of peace. Rarely, do I see her display a roudy attitude or picking for chaos. From my observation and conversations, the very moment when she is feeling overwhelmed is when she is being attacked or being presented with a set-up for an attack by people or situations where they want to disrupt her peace. She often just try to avoid people or situations. I had to share with her one day...it disrupts your peace because your not suppose to ignore it, you must bring peace to the situation or person by presenting them with the truth, which would eventually break up all the confusion, blaming, and dysfunction, and later brings awareness, that fosters in PEACE. So, I said all that to say, confront those areas in your life that brings on an uneasiness, or confusion and certainly provokes you to come out of your peace and joy. Present the truth and let ill feelings dissolve. I don't know about you, but the world can be pretty chaotic, but you and your inner doesn't have to conform to the world, but renew your mind by meditating on peace and joy.

P.S. I LOVE PEACE AND JOY
